Enjoy a thoughtfully designed, self-guided walking journey through Moonta. Your day unfolds clue by clue, leading you to local food stops, hidden-gems and a relaxed picnic finale.
Bookings are for 9:00am but can be started at anytime but MUST be complete by 2:00pm , as some business may close.

A thoughtfully curated Moonta day out, finishing with a relaxed picnic-style lunch in one of the town’s much-loved green spaces
A selection of locally sourced treats that reflect Moonta’s flavour, character and community spirit
Visits to charming, low-key Moonta businesses who proudly share their craft, stories and local knowledge
Playful, interactive clues and riddles delivered straight to your smartphone, guiding you through Moonta’s streets, stories and/or hidden corners
Local tips, and nearby points of interest to help you explore Moonta a little further - or simply linger longer

With Clues & Picnics, you’ll explore Moonta at a relaxed pace, following playful clues that lead you through historic corners, quirky local spots and much-loved food stops. Along the way, you’ll uncover stories of the town, meet local makers, and collect delicious picnic treats one clue at a time.
